General business conditions
Thank you for your reservation and please pay attention to the following hotel terms and conditions:
* Check-in at the hotel is possible after 14:00 on the day of arrival.
* Check-out from the hotel is possible no later than 12:00 on the day of departure.
* The hotel reserves the right to charge additional costs for early check-ins and late check-outs.
* Please take into account that children aged 7 and older are considered adults, and they
charges the full price of the reserved service.
* A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
* If you want to change or cancel a reservation, you can make changes online, in accordance with
Reservation cancellation conditions.
PRICE INCLUDES: accommodation, VAT and surcharges (if selected)
PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Residence tax in the amount of RSD 160.00 per person/day will be charged at
reception upon arrival. The amount of the residence tax is subject to change. Breakfast is extra chargeable and costs 820 RSD (7 EUR) per person per meal.
PAYMENT TERMS: Payment will be made upon arrival at the hotel with a credit guarantee
by card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to your arrival.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse, cancel or change the reservation if it has been misused
reservation system.
Reservation cancellation conditions
We consider the reservation to be valid until midnight on the day of arrival.
The reservation can be canceled online no later than 24 hours, i.e. 1 day before arrival.
In case of no-show, 1 night stay per person in the reserved type of accommodation is charged.
* In case of cancellation of the reservation 1-0 days before arrival, 1 night per person in the reserved room is charged
type of accommodation.
